How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Flowreceive Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Flowreceive Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Flowreceive Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@flowreceive.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
