Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply when you use flowreceive.property and the services Flowreceive Tree Service offers through it. By using the site, calling the number shown on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Flowreceive Tree Service Does

Flowreceive Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get it in writing with a quote.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out. Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact, email contact@flowreceive.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Flowreceive Tree Service or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Flowreceive Tree Service is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
