About Flowreceive Tree Service and How Referrals Work

Who we are
Flowreceive Tree Service is a referral service for tree work in Plano and the Plano area. We are not a tree company. We do not own trucks, saws or chippers. We connect homeowners with independent local providers, and those providers do the work.
Why this site exists
Tree jobs go wrong in costly ways. A limb lands on a roof. A trunk crushes a fence. A stump pull cracks a slab or a buried line. Our view is simple: protect the house first, then the yard, and the value of the home follows. A job done right also helps at resale, when a buyer's inspector looks at the roof, the fence and the lawn.
How requests are routed
You describe the tree through the request form or by phone. Details such as size, location and how close it stands to the house all help. We route your request to a provider in our network that serves your area and takes that type of job. Availability varies by provider. Many providers can respond quickly, while others may need a few days.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Give a written quote that lists what is and is not included.
- Explain how they plan to protect the roof, fence, lawn and slab.
- Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and show proof when you ask.
- Say clearly whether cleanup and hauling are part of the price.
You should still check these points yourself. Get it in writing.
What we do not do
- We do not cut, climb or haul anything.
- We do not set prices. The provider does.
- We do not promise timing or a specific result.
- We do not replace your own judgment. Read each quote before you agree.
How we are paid
Homeowners are not charged by Flowreceive Tree Service for a referral. Providers in our network may pay a fee to receive homeowner requests. You pay the provider for the work, under the terms in your written quote. We say this up front so nothing surprises you later.
A few do and do not tips
- Do stay far away from any tree touching a power line. Treat every line as live.
- Do take photos of the tree and the damage before work starts.
- Do not let anyone begin without a written quote.
- Do not pay the full amount up front.
- Do not let work start near the house until you have checked insurance.
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
