Who you talk to

You talk to an independent local provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. Flowreceive Tree Service only makes the connection. We do not send crews, and we do not do the cutting.

When you call or send a request, it is routed to a provider that serves your area and handles your type of job. Call hours vary by provider.

What happens next

A provider reviews what you shared. Expect questions about the tree, its size and what stands near it. Photos help a lot. The provider may then set a visit or give a written quote.

Some providers can respond quickly, especially after storms. Others book further out. Ask for a clear window.

What to ask a provider

A good provider will not mind questions. Ask these:

• Are you licensed and insured where I live? Can I see proof?
• How will you protect my roof, fence, lawn and slab?
• Does the price include hauling, cleanup and stump grinding?
• Who is responsible if something on my property is damaged?
• Can I get the full scope and price in writing?

Do not agree to vague terms. Do not hand over a full payment before work starts.

You are in control

A request does not lock you into anything. You can compare quotes, say no and ask for another provider. Pick the job details that matter to you, such as cleanup or keeping the wood.

Protect the house first. If a tree is on the house or near a power line, keep everyone out of the area and wait for trained providers.
